It's finally here! The Detpak fluted range
It is with great excitement that we have extended our standard stock range to include fluted products manufactured through our sister company, Mpact. This range conforms to all the characteristics that we hold dear: they are food safe, recyclable and biodegradable… and, of course, they are locally made too!
The current range includes the Hot Dog Tray and Small Tray with lid.
The Fluted Hot Dog Tray is a unique new way to present food such as the iconic South African boerie roll but can really be used in any consume-on-the-go food situation – think nachos or hot chips from a food truck.
The very versatile Small Tray with lid is a fluted tray with clip-in PET lid. With a large display area, this tray is ideal for bakeries and cafés but adaptable to also be used for small gifts or retail products. Both the tray and PET lid are fully recyclable.
These products are made from a mix of recycled and virgin paper and coated with a barrier to provide food-safety assurance but also offer moisture and grease resistance to the inside paper layer. This barrier ensures that the product keeps its shape and rigidity when filled with tasty, gorgeous food. Our products are conveniently packed in small quantities to keep space requirements low and handling convenient.
