I want to try samples before I commit to a purchase. How can I get some?
You are welcome to visit our sample room at 32 Tiger Moth Road in Aeroton, JHB South during business hours – you do not need to make an appointment.
If you are unable to visit us personally, we are happy to make up a sample pack to courier to you at R115 (delivery fee). Should you opt this, please contact us.
I don’t want to buy a full box. Can I buy less than your quantities?
As a manufacturer, Detpak only sells full carton quantities. Should you require less of a product, please contact us for our list of distributors who might offer this option.
How can I pay for my goods?
A range of payment options are available. Should you prefer to pay with a credit card, Mastercard and Visa payments can be completed through the Payfast gateway. Please enter your card details and follow the prompts.
An instant EFT through the Payfast gateway will ask you to log into your bank. Please follow the steps from here.
Alternatively, you can request Detpak’s banking details and complete a bank transfer. Please use your order number as reference and send proof of payment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Note that orders are only released to the warehouse once payment reflects which could take up to 24 hours.
Can I make payment from a non-South African bank?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept payments outside South Africa through our store. If you are not situated in South Africa and want to place an order, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in South Africa.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery is free on orders over R1495. Orders below this value can be delivered at a flat fee of R150.
Can I come and collect my order?
es you can! At check-out, select Collect@Detpak. Once goods are picked, a collection notice will be sent out to you for you to collect from 32 Tiger Moth Road, Aeroton (Johannesburg South). Please do not visit our site without having received your collection notice as your goods might not be picked yet.
Our collection office is through Gate 3 on the corner of Tiger Moth Road & Guy Gibson Avenue and open between 9 – 2pm daily on weekdays.
How do I generate a quote online?
To generate a quote, please log onto the Detpak site and fill your online basket with the products and quantities that you would require. One complete, op to ‘proceed to checkout’ and at the payment and shipment tab, select bank transfer as payment option. On selecting ‘Place order’, a proforma invoice will be sent to your e-mail
I need an invoice. How can I get one?

I am taking the goods across the border. Can you exclude VAT from my invoice?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deduct VAT as we are selling goods in South Africa.
I want to become a distributor. How do I go about this?

Why is your minimum order quantity for branded products so high?
We make use of flexographic printing – while machines run fast, setups are long and costly. This means that custom print jobs require a minimum quantity to pay off the expensive setup.
